How will private client litigation look in the future?
Litigation will likely become more and more complex and procedural or technical. It also tends to become lengthy and more costly, a reason why the judiciary needs to increase efficiency, which will likely entail its digitalization. The challenge will certainly lie in ensuring that, while digital justice will evolve and increase, it will remain humane and close to the people, which is certainly of core importance and in particular in private client disputes where we deal with personal and emotional feelings.
What do clients and peers say of Aurelie Conrad Hari: "Adhering closely to client wishes, acting with vigour and steadfast purpose to achieve impressive results."
