Peer review:

I have dealt with many legal firms throughout my thirty-year career and I have no hesitation in saying that David Pickstone and his team at Stewarts Law are one of the best teams I’ve ever worked with. They have always made me feel supported and informed in the calmest and most reassuring of ways.

Action against Ingenious Media, Coutts, UBS and other IFAs for estimated losses of over £100m

David has been acting for 250 city professionals and entrepreneurs in an action against Ingenious Media, Coutts, UBS and other IFAs for estimated losses of over £100m. This large group action is being brought by HNW individuals (including a number of very well-known personalities) in a variety of film production and video games partnerships promoted by Ingenious Media Partnerships and said to have significant tax benefits in addition to commercial return from investment. Clients were sold investments into partnerships directly by Ingenious Media, or were advised to invest by a number of banks or IFA’s. Proceedings were issued in July and November 2015 against Ingenious Media, UBS, Coutts, HSBC and a number of other IFAs. The case is ongoing.
