Private client review:

Always available to give first class advice in a measured and friendly manner. His ability to assess a complex situation and get to the nub of an issue with a practical solution is second to none. He also has a great team around him at Harbottles who all have been a pleasure to deal with. I would thoroughly recommend Glen and his team.

Peer review:

Glen is a very fine lawyer, leader and thoughtful person. He inspires his team and brings a measured approach, which galvanises trust and confidence regarding his advice in solving complex, multi-jurisdictional risks which require practical solutions. He understands the need to be available to give advice to UHNW families.

Applying for a formal recognition of UK letters of administration in a European jurisdiction on behalf of a deceased Asian individual, who died intestate

Glen was recently successful in applying for a formal recognition of UK letters of administration in a European jurisdiction on behalf of a deceased Asian individual, who died intestate. As a result, Glen is now advising on and assisting the foreign lawyers to formulate an argument that the appointment of a UK administrator is sufficient to put an end to the European debt enforcement proceedings through their debt collection offices, and as a consequence, cancel associated European attachment orders over assets.
