Peer review:

Rachael and I have worked together on many projects for the International Academy of Family Lawyers. We have traveled the world together, Nigeria to Hong Kong. We have worked on many projects where she brings to the project creativity, diligence and superb work product. All the while seeming to be available to clients no matter the time of day!

Peer review:

Rachael is the leading family lawyer in Scotland for complex matters, particularly involving international elements. Her knowledge is encyclopaedic but her advice is delievered with common sense, practicality and a human touch. Truly brilliant.

Peer review:

Rachael is certainly the best family lawyer in Scotland. She has great judgment, is highly intelligent and extremely personable. She works very hard and is prepared to give her all to her clients.

Cross Jurisdiction Matrimonial Law Advice

Rachael acted for an English individual married to a Scot. Rachael advised the client what information was required in both jurisdictions and then appointed and briefed (trusted) English agents. The client was able to sit down with them and Rachael in London within three days and receive comprehensive advice, that delivered a strategy for the case as a whole, and in both jurisdictions. Working collaboratively meant that there was a clear plan for the client, with no delay or duplication/confusion. Maintenance was dealt with in Scotland and the divorce in E & W (which was highly advantageous to the client).
