A British client wishes to relocate to Monaco and become a resident of the Principality. At the same time he wishes to set up a Monaco based Single Family Office. Assisted with the following questions:

- How does he become a resident, and retain that status?

- What distinctions to be made between residency and tax residency (when no definition of tax residency exists in Monaco)

- Why might he wish to become "domiciled" in Monaco?

- How can he achieve "domicile" status?

- What options does he have in terms of the form of Single Family Office he sets up?
